ATLAS ACS 2 TIMI 51: 2.5-mg rivaroxaban cuts cardiac events in STEMI

The STEMI cohort of the trial has shown almost identical results to the whole ACS population, with the 2.5-mg twice-daily dose of rivaroxaban showing better results than the 5-mg twice-daily dose. But is there a place for the drug?
